For the centers and trusts who use DhammaReg, we approximate and represent their systems usage as proportion of our total estimated current year operating costs, using completed enrollments as a metric. This provides centers and trusts an understanding of what is needed to maintain and constantly update a sophisticated online software system, according to current best practices with respect usability, data security, and user privacy.
